General Press Cleaning Solutions
Real Cleen
A translucent amber, liquid, alkaline cleaning solution formulated to remove dried inks from varied surfaces on contact.
- Real Cleen is water-soluble and contains lubricants & rust inhibitors and is safe to use on chrome and ceramic engraved rolls and rubber rollers.
- This solution is designed to remove dried inks from varied surfaces on contact in water, glycol, and UV ink applications.
- Available in 1 quart and 2.5 gallon ready-to-use and 1 gallon, 2.5 gallon, and 5 gallon concentrate containers.
Deep Cleen
A green, liquid, alkaline cleaning solution formulated to remove dried inks from varied surfaces on contact.
- Deep Cleen is water soluble and contains lubricants & rust inhibitors and is safe to use on chrome and ceramic engraved rolls and rubber rollers.
- This solution is designed to remove dried inks from varied surfaces in contact with water, glycol, and UV ink applications.
- Available in 1-gallon, 2.5-gallon, and 5-gallon concentrate containers.
Plate Cleen
A translucent green, liquid, alkaline cleaning solution formulated to remove dried inks from printing plates on contact.
- Plate Cleen is water soluble and contains lubricants & rust inhibitors and is safe to use on printing plates.
- This solution is designed to remove dried, water-based or UV, inks from printing plates, and other surfaces on contact.
- Available in 1 quart and 2.5 gallon ready-to-use containers.
Venom II and Viper
Colored, powder, alkaline cleaning solution formulated to remove dried inks from varied surfaces on contact.
- Designed to be dissolved in water to make a 5 gallon cleaning solution.
- Venom II is a green powder designed for use with water-based inks. It can also be used with UV inks.
- Viper is a purple powder designed for use with UV inks. It can also be used with water-based inks.
- Available in 55 pack, 4 ounce packages.
PlateKote
A specially reformulated surface agent that effectively controls the characteristics of elastomers.
- Prevents fill-in and build-up, making small type, reverse type, and screens print sharp and clear.
- Works with all inks.
- Prolongs plate life, reduces press downtime, permits faster running speeds.
- Avaliable in 20 oz spray cans, 12 cans to a case
PressCleen Wipes
Wipes specially designed to remove ink, oil and grease from many surfaces including your skin!
- Designed to remove ink, oil and grease from many surfaces including your skin!
- With its texturized surface, orange oil for superior cleaning and moisturizers for exceptional skin care.
- The Presscleen wipe can be used on any surface in and around the pressroom.
- Available in 72 wipe tub, 6 tubs per case.
Roll Cleaning
Eliminator
A clear, liquid, highly concentrated, and technically advanced acidic cleaning solution formulated to remove dried inks from ceramic and chrome engraved rolls.
- Eliminator is specially designed to clean and condition ceramic and chrome engraved rolls.
- Eliminator is designed to be applied using the E-Razor applicator sponge.
- This solution can be irritating and should be handled with safety glasses and gloves on at all times during application.
- Available in 8 and 16 ounce containers, in both 6 and 12 bottle packs.
Rejuvenator
A light yellow, gel, highly concentrated, and technically advanced alkaline cleaning solution formulated to remove dried inks from ceramic and chrome engraved rolls.
- Rejuvenator is specially designed to clean and condition ceramic and chrome engraved rolls.
- Rejuvenator is designed to be applied using the E-Razor applicator sponge.
- This solution can be irritating and should be handled with safety glasses and gloves on at all times during application.
- Available in two 20 ounce containers, a 5 gallon pail, or 1 gallon container with convenient dispenser pump.
Sponges and Brushes
E-Razor Sponges
Foam cleaning sponges that can be used with all of our cleaning products on any surface. The sponges are available in the three varieties described below.
- Standard
- Use for general cleaning applications. White sponge with slight texture on one side.
- Compound
- Use for general cleaning applications. Yellow “sandwich” layer will help the sponge retain liquid.
- Scrubber
- Use for general cleaning applications where extra scrubbing ability is desired. White sponge with nylon scrubber layer.
Engraved Roll Cleaning Brushes
Allison Systems has brushes to help keep your engraved roll or printing plate clean and running efficiently.
- Allison Brushes are comfortable in your hand and have a wood or plastic block grip.
- Both blocks come with either stainless steel, brass wire, or horse hair bristles.
- Natural materials like horse hair are considered antistatic and essentially remain electrically neutral when used only in a liquid environment.
- All brushes are designed to be used with any cleaning solution for both Flexo and Gravure applications.
