Blade Analysis
Controlling doctor blade alignment and contact angle is important to prevent print defects and roll damage as well as maintain print consistency and repeatability. Allison Systems offers a blade analysis program where we analyze a couple of your used blades to measure the contact angle and other important parameters. We compile all of the information we gather from you and the worn blade and send it to you in a detailed report that includes suggestions for improvement if needed.

If you would like to have your blade(s) analyzed, select the link below for instructions on how to prepare the blades for analysis and a data form to fill out and send with the used blades. This will provide us with the information we need to proceed with the analysis.
